St. Peter’s, Château d’Oex, Sunday, 27 February at 17h30
We are delighted to welcome once again the Reverend David Hall, Mary Hall, and special guest Dr Noël Tredinnick to lead us in an uplifting service of praise on the evening of Sunday 27 February.
Dr Noël Tredinnick is a British composer, organist and conductor, and also Rector Emeritus of the wonderful All Souls Orchestra (that performs annually at the Royal Albert Hall). One of the UK’s foremost church musicians, he is also well-known for his regular appearances on the BBC’s Songs of Praise and for his euphoric, uplifting and spontaneous trademark sound.
The Reverend David Hall and his wife Mary Hall are longstanding friends of St Peter’s. David is currently Vicar of Christ Church Chorleywood and has a long-standing connection with Chateau-d’Oex as it is also where his mother was brought up. Mary is soloist and principal cellist with All Souls Orchestra and has played widely across the UK and overseas with orchestras ranging from the Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra to the Moscow ballet, and at venues from Canterbury Cathedral to the Royal Albert Hall.
So please join us! All are welcome at St Peter’s Church Château-d’Oex on Sunday 27 February at 17.30 for this uplifting service of praise!
